My uncle was recently in this facility. The careers were professional and compassionate, with attention to him as a human being deserving respect. I will be forever grateful for the excellent care he and his family enjoyed.
My mother has received and still receives excellent care from every single person - From the front desk to the nurses and helpers everyone is very friendly and professional and I’m thankful for every single one of them! The place is clean courteous and wonderful! God bless them all!! Elsie H.

Integrity - Diversity - Empathy This facility and its employees deftly handled a constantly evolving situation, addressing and overcoming each challenge as it presented itself. The staff and its’ director managed everything with skill, grace, and dignity that goes well beyond words, making mom’s transition as comfortable as humanly possible while also tending to our family’s needs and requests. Having worked in healthcare settings most of my life and understanding the challenges such facilities face, I consider this place and its employees as indispensable. We strongly recommend them.
Our mother lived her last 8 months at Riviera Palms and we really appreciate the care that was given to her. The staff there was great, from Linda at the front desk to Amy, her head nurse, and Dondra in Social Services and everyone else who helped with her and us. We highly recommend Riviera Palms plus she loved the food.
After trying several assisted living and memory care facilities, my 97 year old sister is now being cared for at Riviera Palms. While being in long term care is never ideal, I am very satisfied with how she is being treated at RPRC. The staff is welcoming and kind, a variety of daily activities are planned, and her physical and health needs are being addressed and constantly reevaluated. If any issues or complaints arise, they are immediately remedied. There are many checks and assessments in place to ensure that every aspect of her care is covered. The financial manager is not only efficient in navigating Medicare/Medicaid, but helpful and kind. My sincerest thanks to everyone who works to make my sister’s life as meaningful as possible in her twilight years! Administrators, nurses, doctors, aides, chefs, maintenance, janitorial and kitchen workers, activities directors, receptionists, therapists and social workers - I appreciate you all!
