Our father moved there in 2024 and he and the rest of the family have loved it. The staff is GREAT ! Their caring is very good, making the resident feel like family. Our father always complimented the food and service. Highly recommend !

Horrible
We are so glad to have found Residential Plaza. From staff to the facility itself, we've been really pleased with our experience. The facility is well maintained and lots of activities to keep residents engaged and active. Thank you to the staff and the management team for all that they do.
Terrible communication amongst personnel. Stayed a 12-hour day watching my grandmother and I could not get proper answers from anyone. Wrong dosage of medication given and then lied about the amount t. Called for a nurse by pulling the emergency button, by the time I left 3 hours later no one had come. Decided to take her home and have someone watch her for the same amount.
