Then, after the process was completed she contacted us to check on us. She has been a great resource to us. We have recommended her to a few of our friends and they all agree with us. She is amazing.
Si Google me permitiera daría al menos 100 estrellas, esa es la calificación que merece. Estábamos aterrados en la familia por lo que se nos vino encima con el Alzheimer de mi mama que llegó de repente y sin avisar y llego ella como un ángel a nuestra vida, guiándonos, orientadonos y dándonos todo el apoyo que necesitábamos en esos momentos. Incluso ahora que mi madre tiene una persona designada a su disposición ella se sigue preocupando. Gracias Yelitza, te auguro muchas bendiciones.
Yelitza is the epitome of professionalism, timing and quality service. Her advice has always been based on knowledge, carisma and an honest interest in finding the right solution for the person in need( my mom). I’ve been very blessed to have been introduced to Yelitza 6 years ago always receiving her invaluable advice.

Yelitza is very professional and very easy to work with. She understands all of the challenges that caregivers face. She is very knowledgeable and always gives the best advice for your own personal situation. In general she’s very sweet and she is very supportive.
Yelitza helped me with my father placement. I was confused and lost with what I had to do and how to navigate through a very confusing system. I was struggling with caring for him as I worked and he was left Ali e at home and I had no resources to help me. Every door was a dead end until She came along. Within a few days we had a plan and she assisted me in finding him a good home. She also assisted with helping me find and navigate through the financial portion. Had no idea there were so many resources for me. Thank you. My Dad is very well cared for and safe.
