Yesterday I went to visit a relative at this facility briefly, with the strong smell of urine I had no choice but to look under the covers her diaper was saturated with urine photo was taken and marked the diaper in the back, I told the Cna who said she will take care of it, came back last night she had on the Same!Diaper! she ate supper in it, I washed her up , she had on two soggy stinking diapers WTH she has a rash on her butt and you think putting on 2 diapers as she's in saturated urine and feces going to help, if you don't have a compassion to help the elderly then you're in the wrong profession...Photos were taken...This facility looks clean but I wouldn't bring my dog in it, because of non compassion for patient's there

The rehab team was great and Courtney was very helpful. However, your nursing, CNA and the three women who are supposed to run the place are terrible. They're rude and wouldn't take responsibility for anything. My mom would call for help and would wait sometimes for an hour. When I would call in to Pruitt sometimes the phone was never answered or I had to let it ring for a long time, then the person would transfer me to a line where again no would answer. Your establishment is understaffed and obviously underpaid. But, I'll bet someone's making a huge profit. I resent Pruitt saying they're family owned and will take care of patients like family. I'm sure none of the Pruitt's would send any family member to this place. Something needs to be done about this place before it's reported to AHCA.

The physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy were exceptional, however the exit process was unacceptable for our mother. We contacted the staff on a Thursday to begin her exit process, followed up on Friday, to be sure she was scheduled to return home to the Grove at Canopy on Tuesday. When Grove at Canopy tried to contact Pruit Director Courtney multiple times on Tuesday he did not respond, it was not until I arrived did Courtney show any concern. At 3:30 pm on Tuesday I went directly to Pruitt and picked my mother up and took her home to the Grove at Canopy. Courtney's lack response is unacceptable and caused unnecessary hard ship.

Even though my dad’s stay at PruittHealth was short, we had a very positive experience. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive to his needs. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of the Pruitt family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

Beautiful facility!! Warm people and great atmosphere! Their rehab facility is top notch.
