This facility is absolutely amazing and wonderful, the best there is! My sister went there initially for rehabilitation and then converted to long-term care. I consider this facility and the people there like family. My sister received so much love and respect from them as well as enormously focused medical care and attention to everything she needed. There are amazing staff there, like wonderful nurses Kathy, Alex, Miranda, Wes and Alesha. Wonderful CNAs Pepper, Tiffany, Michelle, Felipe, Keke, Mary to name a few. My sister passed while there and their compassion and love has touched my heart. If you are faced with the difficult decision to place a loved one in care in this region, go here.
Cold food nearly every meal. Not watching close enough when patient was in respiratory distress. She could not stay awake but no one seemed concerned. Had to be rushed to the ER only after family requested vitals to be taken.
My sister is in long term care and I visit her once to twice a week. When I walk in I feel like I’m in a classy hotel and always greeted with a smile by the receptionist. You can feel the positive atmosphere when you walk in and down the hall to my sisters room. She is very well cared for and is happy there. The aides and nurses are great. The food isn’t bad. I’m sad she is in long term care but happy she is a good place closer to me.

Close family friend was placed there for post surgery care. Visited while in town and noticed the place had a foul odor and was very unclean and in a general state of disrepair. Expressed concerns over the poor quality of care and poor attitude of the staff.as our friend hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The friend has since passed. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place and hopefully the state inspector will look into this place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The treatment that a special man received was deplorable. Then in return you attack the family and gaslight their feelings? Disgusting. How you are up and running still is beyond comprehension. The rooms are DIRTY and the floors are filthy. YOU are supposed to make it a clean, safe environment for your residents. That is supposed to be their home. Advocate for your residents. Their health ultimately depends on you and your care. You as a company failed this man. Failed for the community. NOONE DESERVES TO LAY IN THEIR FILTH! Just remember that you reap what you sow. I sincerely hope that you NEVER experience the pain, suffering and mental anguish that you have caused on him. I can keep going but I won’t because I hope that people will open their eyes and hearts and NEVER GO TO YOUR FACILITY EVER OR EVEN AGAIN. Do better. Be better for humanity.
Pruitt might appear nice on the surface, but this isnt a place you send loved ones, people you care about.. this is where you send someone you despise and never want to see again. The care, if you can call it that, is as bottom of the barrel as it gets, staff sitting and talking to eachother while ignoring the needs and calls of their patients for hours on end, then blaming them for it. A 1 star review isnt nearly enough.. Rest in peace to a strong man who was let down tremendously by an uncaring staff..
Horrible place. They take your money to care for loved ones and do the complete opposite. You would get better care staying at an animal shelter . 0 stars would not recommend!
My father-in-law stayed there for a few months after having back surgery. The treatment he received there was atrocious. They would leave him in his wheelchair long after he requested to be put back in his bed. They would leave him there slumped over and soiled for hours. The allowed his blood sugar to stay at 400+ for days. His floor was sticky ever day to the point where it would nearly pull your shoes off of your feet. They dropped him off at a non-existent doctors appointment only to have him pick up to be left at another non-existent appointment. He went to a pre-op appointment straight from there and the nurse was appalled at the state of him and suggested we immediately take him to the emergency room. I truly believe they are the reason he is no longer with us today. If you're considering taking a loved one there I beg you to choose another facility. We certainly wish we had.
