We are very happy with Assisted Living Facility. The staff is caring and attentive, the facility is always clean, and the residents are treated with kindness and respect. Highly recommended
The place is spectacular; the staff is highly knowledgeable and performs their work excellently. The way they treat the residents is wonderful—they are like family. There is no better place in Cape Coral than this one. I recommend it 100%. The owner is a truly good person who insists that the work be impeccable. It would be a fantastic place if you or a family member ever needed it.

HORRIBLE OWNER WALKS AROUND LIKE A TYRANT. THE STAFF IS AFRAID OF HIM. HE TREATS ME LIKE A CHILD. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY. THIS IS NOT AN ALF. THIS IS MORE OF A NURSING HOME. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, BUT NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH.

My family member has resided at Promised Sky for seven months and I have only good things to say. The facility is clean, inviting and cozy with plenty of sofas and chairs for the residents to relax in the common areas. The staff and providers are attentive, warm and friendly and address any needs promptly. Activities are individualized for resident preferences and my family member gets to call out bingo, etc.. The managers and owner are kind and efficient. Promised Sky provides a very comfortable milieu.
