The receptionist, Angel Williams at The Prosper is amazing. She makes everyone feel so welcome and she responds quickly and kindly. The nurses Julia and Beverly are wonderful. They take care of my Dad and treat him with respect and kindness. Everyone here are very professional and caring people. Very happy with the quality of treatment he receives.

Angel Williams is always so welcoming when we come to visit my grandfather. We appreciate her professionalism and passion to make every feel welcome during difficult circumstances.

At first, I was skeptical about going to this facility, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care provided. The doctors and nursing staff were attentive and professional. I cannot say enough about the rehab team; from day one, they created a positive and motivating environment. They were compassionate and focused on my recovery plan. I felt supported every step of the way. To all, I say thank you very much!

We moved my uncle to Prosper after a fall for therapy & were initially very happy when we did the visit prior to admission. However, after he was there, we felt like the majority of what we were told was not true. The room & furniture in the room (including the table w/ wheels for his bed) were in disrepair. The wheels on the table barely moved & made it difficult for him to move it out of the way. He was told when he met with the food director that his food/ drink preferences would be followed, but he always received drinks he asked not to & was not provided what he requested. They said laundry be done every other day & it was not (& they ended up losing his only pair of jeans). The social worker came to his room to ask a ton of questions during the evening when we he was trying to go to bed rather than during normal business hours. We were told via speaker phone my uncle was being released from the facility because his insurance stated they were going to end coverage, but they never told him or us that he had a right to appeal. He had his first follow up with an orthopedic doctor from his hospital stay the next day & they told him to take all his things to that appointment as he would be released at that time. I found that very unprofessional to just toss him out the door when he’s only had 3 PT sessions at that time & no doctor follow ups from his hospital stay. The whole situation was very unpleasant & the promises made before admitting him being ignored were terrible. I would absolutely not recommend sending your family here as the initial visit was entirely different from the reality.

My father in law was placed here at the end of February after A long stay in the hospital from two heart attacks. He was brought here to Rehab and try to get him strong again, but unfortunately, they made him worse. Today he ended up in the hospital with an ulcerated sore on his heel of his foot so deep and They Did not treat him good or take care of him there. I don’t care that they’re understaffed or underpaid that is not my issue then maybe you should find different work but how my father-in-law was treated at Prosper and now he’s in the hospital fighting a DVT and a Ulcerated sore as big as the palm of my hand on the heel of his foot! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLCE!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!!! Always be an advocate for your loved one whether it’s in a place like this or a hospital or anywhere please be an advocate. Shame on you Prosper because not everyone has someone like me to stick up for them. You should be ashamed of yourself.!!!!! The only reason you have one star is because I had to give you a star in order to post this review!!!
