Recommended by some friends who had their mother in this place and spoke wonderfully to me about its services. When our aunt [name removed] who lived alone and was 80 years old, she began with her Dementia problem and we could not give her more attention. I visited the place, what impressed me most was when I arrived without being expected, the hygiene, the order, the warmth of the place where more than a facility it seemed to me to be in a family home, the peace and joy was reflected in the face of the people who were there. I was able to check the variety in their menu and the quality of the food. She lived there until her death, always receiving the best care. I want to thank all the staff who work there for this beautiful and humane work that they are carrying out when caring for people, giving them the affection and adequate care. I recommend them in advance to anyone looking for an ideal place to put their family member under care. Don't doubt it, you will be at home there.

[Name removed] helped with far more than settling my sister-in-law in her assisted care facility, though that has been great. Even before we had committed to placing her in [Name removed] care, [Name removed] referred us to the best hospital to get the care that was needed pre-placement, and followed up directly with the CEO of the hospital to ensure our needs were being met. My sister-in-law is local, but she wasn't getting the care she needed, so, because we were out of towners looking for excellent care before placing her in [Name removed] home, [Name removed] was a true life-saver. We couldn't be happier.
Excellent clean and family oriented facility. This is a facility where the administration and staff truly care for the residents. They design unique individual care plans by resident and work on ensuring all needs of each resident are met. My grandmother has been living in this facility for a few years now. We had trouble keeping her happy at a number of facilities prior to placing her at Premier. She absolutely loves Premier! The staff treats her like family!! I can't express how thankful I am for the care Premier has provided to my grandmother.
