Is the best place for old people. However you must have money to pay monthly. Apartments are nice. In eat floor you have a place to put the trash. A little door you can throw out and it goes down. Also several activity for old people if you want of course. Easy way and entrance for 911 and rescue. Laundry, you also can wash your clothes. Air condition during all day. At 5:00 p.m. they always ask to the old people if they are okay through microphone. They have also a library. They have a bell for fire protection safety. And if you are approved by an interview you can stay few days with your…

This place is infested with bed bugs!! My grandpa has had his apartment treated 3 times in the past year and his apartment is infested again. Given this is a senior living with a vulnerable population I find it extremely upsetting this facility knows what’s happening and isn’t fixing the issue

It was a true blessing to receive the call offering me an apartment at Philip Benjamin Tower. I was at a desperate transition time in my life and Ms. LaLa made me feel most welcome and comfortable with the move-in process. I couldn't be more happy to be here!
I had experienced the wrath and aftermath of Hurricane Helene in Florida. It left me shell-shocked and uncertain about many things. I finally found permanent residency at Philip Benjamin Tower, where I was greeted by LaLa Thomas. She eased any anxiety I felt as she calmly took me through the process of moving in. Her professionalism was top notch. But it was her pleasant and reassuring manner that shone light into a difficult time. To this day she continues to combine professionalism with kindness. All the staff are equally efficient and pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and always with a smile. Things around here run smoothly.
Living here has been the most wonderful thing I am so grateful and thankful the staff has been so wonderful especially ms. Lala and Mrs. Josephine I am so happy I found a place I can call home I am so blessed the maintenance men and housekeeper does a wonderful job and very respectful
Went in to get an app for my dad and ms Lashawnda was very nice explained everything we had questions too very detailed the building is very nice and we can’t wait to make this property my dads new home thank you so much for you great hospitality.
I came in to inquire about availability for a family member and Lashawnda was very helpful and respectful. She provided plenty of information and I will definitely do my best to get my family member on the list as I have a good feeling they will be cared for and looked after with Lashawnda.
