Patty's House Four - Jerry Smith Road

I love this place. My mom is VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. It is clean, the owner Mrs, Patty has a heart of gold and is definitely there for the residents and not for the money. I have gone different times and different days and it is always clean. Residents eat off real plates, it looks like a cozy home and not hospital-like. Staff is amazing starting with Brandi, the administrator. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and love to my mother. Casey, Rebecca who work at the other Patty House ALFs have been a tremendous help. Residents look happy and my mother has made friends. They are very good with nutrition as well. My mother's lab reports from dialysis come back excellent. I can definitely enjoy my mother as a daughter and know I can visit any time carry a great conversation with her and everyone else there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Patty's House #4!

My friend was at Patty's House #4. It's a very accommodating, nice, clean home. The staff was very good. They called and said that she was not breathing well so we had to take her to the hospital. They're excellent and took very good care of her. We talked to Patty and her daughter before my friend went there, and they were extremely helpful with trying to get her placed. They were top rate. We were very impressed.

My grandfather is making friends since being here. He loves to socialize during meals. The food is wonderful here he loves it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to us. The up keep of the inside and outside is done well. I'm not sure and maybe it is the timing that I've been there but I have not seen any residents participating in any activities and I have never seen any calendar of them posted anywhere.

We are having an excellent experience here in this care home. Everything is working out very well, and they are taking very good care of my mother. The staff here are extremely caring. They really go out their to make sure my mother is comfortable. She is doing great, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. This is a care home I would highly recommend. It is a wonderful place.

My mom went to Patty’s House yesterday. There are only 12 patients in the community. Patty was a very sweet and caring lady. The staff there is all extremely sweet, nice, kind, and loving towards the people that are there. Mom wasn’t real happy because of having to go there, but today, she said she was looking at it with different eyes, and she was happy. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything and their helpfulness. All they have to say is they need them, and they’re right there. You can walk in anytime you want to and drop by without an appointment. You can eat with them. They all sit down around the dining room table. They eat off of real plates and real silverware, and the girls stay right there and wash the dishes by hand, no dishwasher. Mom sits in the living room now with other people watching TV, so it seems, so far, to be very good. Brandy, the administrator, was very knowledgeable about medications. It was a very homelike environment. We really liked it.
