We all assumed she didn’t have much longer and her personality was fading. This place gave her many more years because of the amazing care she went from not being able to feed on her own to rolling down the hall in her wheelchair on her own.
Have been an RN and hospital Case Manager for 54 years and Palm Gardens Of Pinellas is an excellent facility all around their communication and care of the patients is excellent. I would write it five stars and recommend to anyone that needs a facility.
My mom moves in on Monday! So far the staff has been amazing! If you are struggling with specialized care, rehab units, INSURANCE!, and spinning in circles, they have the best staff I've met in this journey so far. Very knowledgable!

There are many outstanding employees at this facility that helped us transition our Mom from being totally independent to being completely dependent on nursing staff and therapy consultants, following her unfortunate stroke during open-heart surgery. I'd like to make a huge shoutout to the speech therapist, Kandace Barco. Kandace has gone WAY above and beyond her daily duties to make sure that Mom's needs are met. She provides one-one-one therapy that has led our mom to talking (we were once told she never would speak again), recognizing her needs, and conversating at times like she did prior to her stroke. There is not enough space here to give Kandace all the accolades she deserves. She reaches out to share Mom's progress, she takes time, even on the non-therapy days, to check in on Mom. She celebrates her victories and pushes her to succeed, even filming (upon our request as we are 1300 miles away) her first steps in 7 months since her stroke, drawing tears of joy for our family! God bless Kandace and the staff at Palm Gardens of Pinellas. We appreciate you!
My sister is at Palm Garden Pinellas and we are very, very happy with the facility and staff. Very good food, beautiful dining room for the residents & their guests and the staff is awesome with my sister who has frontal lobe dementia. They really take great care of her and her special needs and we thank God that we were able to place her there. Great job Palm Gardens staff!

I went to visit a good friend of mine the place was very clean, very well organized and I like the fact that you had to sign in when you arrived all in all it was a very good visit and I give you five stars.
They chemically restrained my father the staff is horrible!
