My mother was placed in the best hands my family has asked for. years ago we hesitated to place our parents into a nursing facility, but their conditions and ability to exist in the community was no longer an option. So as my mother is in the best hands we were now faced with also placing our father in the nursing care and they made it comfortable to them as well as us to have them in the same room as they are both in terminal state. The nurses on the 2nd FL are so good.. the CNA crew is irreplaceable. They go above and beyond. The facility is clean, they keep our parents clean and fed.. happy and content. We are hands on with our parents and come to sit by their side anytime of the day or skip a day- and i see they are always well kept. That makes us happy and at ease. Thank you to all and what they do!
We had a very positive experience with this nursing home. The facility is well kept, clean, and appears to be very well managed. I especially want to recognize the Executive Director, Kadia Pierre. She was extremely helpful when we brought some concerns to her attention. She addressed them immediately and, just as importantly, followed through afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. She was always courteous, kind, caring, and genuinely willing to help. We had a very positive experience with this nursing home. The facility is well kept, clean, and appears to be very well managed. I especially want to recognize the Executive Director, Kadia Pierre. She was extremely helpful when we brought some concerns to her attention. She addressed them immediately and, just as importantly, followed through afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. She was always courteous, kind, caring, and genuinely willing to help. It gave our family a lot of reassurance knowing that our concerns were taken seriously and handled promptly. We truly appreciate Kadia's attention and professionalism.
I’m really happy with this nursing home. The administration is wonderful—very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. You can tell they truly care about the residents and their families. The facility is clean, the staff are kind, and the overall atmosphere is really nice. I also appreciate that the administration is present and involved and makes an effort to make sure things are going well. It really feels like a place where people care.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. This is probably the cleanest rehab and nursing facility I've ever been in. The staff are consistently welcoming, kind, and pleasant. What stands out most is that so many of the nurses, hospitality staff, and directors know my grandmother by name. That personal touch means so much to our family. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she's being cared for with compassion and respect during the day and overnight when we can't be there ourselves. We're truly grateful for the care and attention she's received, and we appreciate everything the staff does to make her feel comfortable and valued.
Palm Garden is immaculate. It is aesthetically pretty , and clean. The dining room is very nice and the food is good. The nursing staff is superb. They are on it. From the moment you enter , the vibe is loving. The aspect I love most about Palm Garden is the love that the Palm Garden has for the residents. Whether you're staying in rehab or long term , you can't go wrong. Thank you Indiana ( an angel sent from the heavens ) Charmaine , Agnes , Lynet , Kadia , Carol Anne ... and so many more kind souls doing the lords work. Your attention to detail is incredible. Thank you for your patience and love with my Mother In Law. - Aviva, Reid, Stephen and The entire Drescher Family ❤️❤️❤️

It was very pleased , the lady's are hard working ,and you all doing a very good job thats.
The young lady who was at the front desk on Sunday afternoon was extremely pleasant. Definitely has the right attitude for customer service. The facility looked clean but it reeked of the smell of urine. They should do a better job of cleaning the patients' rooms. In addition, the rooms are very small, much too small to be shared, especially for a long period of time
