I would give this place “ZERO” stars‼️BEWARE PLEASE, DO NOT send your family or friends (except enemies ). to Palm Beach Nursing Center!!!!! SERIOUSLY. My mother was there for 3 grueling months and was NEGLECTED as were other patients. I Literally heard and seen grown men Screaming , Begging and Pleading in pain for a nurse to come 🥺 (broke my heart). The Entire staff, including their new supervisor “Shaliacia” ( if that’s how you spell it). Is quite Unprofessional, Rude & condescending. 😡 Patients are not changed when their call bell lights up, mom was up to her neck in diarrhea many times. Mom also got Bed Sores 😣 So, I would have to call them from my house for them to go in or I’d have to drive up there because they don’t always answer the phone and when I’d get there all those nurses were hanging around on their phones. 😳Unbelievable, I Never in my life seen anything like it. My mom even had to beg for a refill of water for goodness sake. 🙂‍↔️ The Patients just lay in bed and get their one hour of PT that’s if your blood pressure isn’t too high and not on weekends. The food looked Disgusting as well. But, I suppose that’s a matter of opinion. I really could go on and on. It’s a shame! Do what you want with my review, but if you truly care about your family member, they will thrive better being in their own home with their proper meds and PT coming to your house. Or a different nursing facility, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Trust me‼️ Mom’ finally home and I see improvement already. I even think she has some PTS from Palm Beach Nursing Center! You may say, why didn’t I take her out sooner… they make it Very Difficult. They wanna keep you there as long as possible so they get paid 💴 it’s all about the money. 😔 This place needs to be written up and fined. Wish I knew how. YOU’RE WELCOME 🙏🏻

My family member was there for rehab and was told he can stay in rehab section until a long term bed was available. The care was very good, there were two ladies Judith and Amy that were fabulous, very caring and kind, 5 stars plus . The director of nursing even introduced herself when he was there. She was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I could tell that she really was wonderful by the way she interacted with her staff. I must say I have never seen so many staff members who were smiling at another faculty. The food was fair at best. The facility was clean and well kept. The big issue was the social worker Helen who didn’t return phone calls. I tried to call her 3 weeks ago and even left a message at the desk when she wasn’t in her office, no return call. Today my family member called me and told me that Helen the social worker told him that they were going to transfer him to a sister facility next week because they didn’t have any long term beds. I tried to call her with no luck. My family member called me when Helen came back to his room so I was able to talk to her until she left the room while I was still talking to her. I told her that we were told he could stay there until a bed opened upstairs. She told me that they had to move him to prepare for hurricane season and needed beds in case another facility was hit with a hurricane. She said that they had to take in a lot of patients aling with another one of their sister facilities named Breeze (forgot full name) also had to take in a lot of patient’s bc of a hurricane on the other coast. Sorry, but that is not a reason to move a patient now. Personally, I think she wanted my family member moved because he is more work than some other patients. He isn’t able to walk so he requires more help but he is sharper than any 30 year old. He is also very kind and appreciative. I informed her that as per Fl law that they needed to send him a 30 day notice. I was trying to continue our conversation but my family member said she walked out of the room. She obviously didn’t like that I knew our rights. I can’t believe she just walked out of his room. I called my family member back about 90 minutes later because he needed time to calm down and he told me that he was in their van being moved to their sister facility. He said she didn’t even let him finish his lunch. This is unacceptable, treating our elderly most vulnerable patients like this. Outside of the social worker, everyone else was kind and respectful! I would have given 5 stars but Helen is really unprofessional and doesn’t respect patients rights or how they feel, no compassion!! I would like to thank Judith, Amy and all the wonderful staff that took care of my family member, your smiles and kindness was appreciated. I’m a retired nurse who worked in a nursing home and also worked in a hospital for years so I know how challenging it can be but there is no excuse for Helen.

I’m here for rehab for my back and after two hours, my call rubber squeezy thing and took it off my bed and throw it on the ground. It was attached to the mattress that didn’t last long. After 2 hours now called to go poo and nobody comes. They played dirty here, so looks someplace else to put your loved ones. Update: Google reviews work and apparently this place reads them. 2 women an just came into my room and asked me to amend the review and I told him I would. After posting this review I was placing a very nice private room. It’s saddens me that people can’t do the right thing on the onset but only after you’re bad with them do they take action. So today, I am removing my one star review and making it three or middle of the road like take it or leave it. They’ve gone out of the way to help me in my time of need so with that being said I just want to say thank you Google for all your help. I reserve the right to a amend this review at any point time should they decide to do something else that wouldn’t be to my liking. I’m not a difficult person just particular.

I came to this facility after my hip replacement surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recover. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their responsiveness and genuine care made a big difference in my healing process. One thing that really stood out to me was how accessible the Director of Nursing is. I was able to reach out and speak with her at any time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it shows how much they truly care about their patients and residents. The administrator is also very nice and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt reassured that I was in good hands. What made the experience even more special was how every department came to welcome me upon admission. It wasn’t just a quick check-in, it felt like a coordinated effort to make me feel comfortable, informed, and supported right from day one and they call it a welcome meeting. My experience here during my recovery has been excellent. The attentiveness of the staff, the accessibility of leadership, and the warm welcome from every department made a challenging time much easier.

Living at this nursing home for the past year and a half has truly been a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for, and that feeling has only grown stronger over time. The staff here doesn’t just do their jobs they genuinely treat residents like family. There’s a warmth and kindness in the way they interact with everyone that makes this place feel like home. One thing that really stands out is how accessible and attentive the management team is. The Long term care unit has an amazing Unit Manager Lashaunda. They are always available to listen, address concerns, and make sure everything is running smoothly. It’s reassuring to know that your voice is heard and valued here. The activities team is another highlight. Marva, Blondie, and Maxine are fantastic. They are always attentive, engaging, and full of energy. They put so much effort into creating activities that are enjoyable and meaningful, making sure there’s always something to look forward to. I also have to mention Gelan, the Social Services Director, who is absolutely amazing. She is always there if you have any questions or concerns, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and understood. Her compassion and dedication truly make a difference in daily life here. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The combination of caring staff, supportive management, and a lively activities team makes this a place I’m proud to call home.
