Orange City Nursing and Rehab Center has such a great vibe. The care, the activities, the staff are phenomenal. PT and OT are top notch. Thank you so much for taking care of my momma.
I feel everyone taking care of my mom did an Amazing Job with my Mom! She also really enjoyed the different Activities. Would Absolutely recommend this place.

Being a patient at Orange City Nursing Home for the third time has been a privilege. The activities, the nursing staff, administration, therapies, and overall it is the best place in the world to come and rehabilitate yourself for sure. I will for ever advocate for these facility because they offer the best care for their patients, with they’re loving and caring hearts. I will give these place a 10/10 but I was able to only give a5 start but they deserve much more. Thank you Orange City Nursing Home for the amazing care you guys gave me on the daily basics, I will forever miss you guys. Milca Pinero
Excellent. I like my nurses and CNAs, the food was good, therapy was awesome and they keep the place clean.

Food is horrible. Leftovers, most everythiing is microwaved. No fresh vegetables or fruit. I filled out yesterday's preview menu for today. Breakfast said "fried" egg and sausage patty. I asked for 2 eggs and was excited they were going to be fried. Well, no. Eggs were microwaved again and I guess they substituted the sausage patty for the second egg. So, 2 microwaved eggs like in McDonald's and Burger King. No sausage patty. Everyday it's something similar. That being said, the Physical Therapy Department is the best that I have ever worked with. Having a bad back for years, I have seen many therapists with little to no results. When I first arrived at Orange City, I could not stand or walk. I had to be moved via Hoyer Lift to my bed or wheelchair. Less than 2 months later, I am walking with a walker by myself. I am looking forward to going home soon. None of this would be possible without my therapists, Dan the man, Irma, John, Natalie, Yolanda and Cory. They saved me. And the Activities Department's Coffee Bar rocks. This is why I'm giving Orange Harbor 5 stars even though the food is really horrible.
