My family member has been at Ruleme 3 years and she always goes out of her way to relay messages to the nurses to ensure my family member gets messages if I cannot visit in person. The staff at Ruleme is helpful and it's because of people like Jasmine I feel confident my family member is in good hands!
My husband was admit it towards the end of December 2021, actually there are a lot of things that’s wrong with that facility. They have run out of his pain meds, his antibiotics, his pick line keeps clogging, or so they say, they have not been able to provide him with a nicotine patch. Today the doctor came in And pretty much while my husband was asking questions he just walked out. He wants to transfer it to another rehab, we were told three days ago that the paperwork was faxed over to the advanced healthcare center, I just got off the phone with them no transfer papers were ever sent.…
