I feel so much better I know she's being taken care of.
Black mold all over that facility
Nice location. Receptionist very helpful and kind; accompanied me to the location where my friend was. Everything appeared clean and well kept. Patients seemed comfortable and cared for. Much homier facility than others nursing/rehab places I have been to.

I’d definitely recommend Oasis - it really exceeded my expectations. My grandmother received great care, and the physical therapy team was professional and very helpful, just like the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, and the activities are engaging and really lift residents’ spirits.
Staff were knowledgeable and patient with clients and guest visitors. Our friend was served dinner which actually looked pretty tasty! Our friend said he was happy there.
The kindness of the staff allowing me to play my guitar for random guests was very thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed Thank you 🫶✝️
After a 6 week battle with my loved one lost in the medical system in Miami, I was finally able to get my family member transferred to Oasis on Plantation Key. From the minute the medics dropped him off the staff were so professional and pleasant. The facility looks very clean and the entire staff who is caring for my brother truly put me at ease.
