This place is dilapidated. Needs total renovation. The staff seems nice, but the place smelled bad. They need to knock it down and start all over. Paying so much money for such bad living conditions,sad!
Wow! What a turnaround in the community! Diana and staff really are involved and dedicated to making this a great little community. Residents seemed genuinely happy to be there, extremely clean and very attentive staff. Such a pleasure to visit today

I just wanted to thank Diana Executive Adminstator, Ciara the Office Operations Administrator and the ENTIRE staff including Burton our Maintenance Specialist plus Miss Joey the Activity Cooordinator. The assigned FCC Case Mgr. Buxton has been an asset to the residents assisting us with our LTC program with compassion and program guidance. I also have spent a great deal of time meeting and interacting with residents while living there for quite some time. Diana is exceptional at putting the needs of her residents first, and treats others as we are part of a family instead of a facility. I have relocated to a different care facility outside of Margate area where its closer to my many medical specialists. I plan on continuing friendships that I valued with everyone when I resided here. Thank you all. God Bless!!
This place has really gotten an upgrade since new management took over!
Nice management and staff
This is a great place. I've had my mom here for the past t 1/2 years. Staff is very friendly and they are paying attention to the well being of the residents. They have activities and mayor events to entertain the residents. Clean as well. Dianna the the Director is great as well.
Great place but poor management. It’s nothing but mostly family members working there. Mother and daughter as admin, nieces and cousins at front desk. Building needs an updated appearance inside.
