From the moment you walk in, it is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and take pride in providing excellent care. Every team member is friendly, compassionate, and attentive, always willing to answer questions and ensure that residents feel comfortable and respected. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Common areas, resident rooms, and dining spaces are tidy, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. The attention to cleanliness gives families peace of mind and reflects the high standards of the entire staff. Most importantly, the quality of care is outstanding. Residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and patience. The staff go above and beyond to meet individual needs, making sure residents are safe, healthy, and engaged. It is reassuring to know that loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where residents receive excellent care in a clean and supportive environment.

My sister is here for the rehab..likes staff that works with her...her only complaint is the food. She is Alergic to tomato and vitamin C. The dietician needs to do some in services with food service. That vitamin c is not limited to no orange juice. It is all citrus on all forms including hc juice..she had a meal with fish in lemon juice tomato pasta oranges and hi c to drink...they do substitutions when she asks...but this should be spotted before it leaves the kitchen.
My Husband Chop Volpe has been Playing for North Campass I believe almost 3yrs, The Best Part is Jessica Rivera In Activitys & Entertaiment Dept. We So Look Forward to Seeing her Beautiful Smiling Face. Her Sweet Precious Spirit, Detication, Devotion & Love for her Job. She is Kind, Loving, & Sweet to Residents. Her Grace & Love for them Shows & Shines. We Continue to Entertaine @ North Campass as it Puts Much Love & Compassion in our Hearts to Help Residents Have Fun & Happy Hearts. North Campus is a great place for rehabilitation, I got great care. The food was delicious!
