I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this hidden gem in Kendall, Miami. The moment you step into this assisted living facility, you get the feeling of warmth and comfort. It feels less like an institution and more like a welcoming home. The staff here truly treat residents like family. My grandmother stayed here for over 10 years, she settled into the family nicely and always spoke wonderfully about the staff. The personalized birthday and holiday celebrations are a testament to their dedication. Every birthday that my grandmother had during her stay would be met with balloons, a cake, and of course Cuban pastries. It's the sweet family touch that makes this home stand out.

From the delicious homemade meals to the comforting staff, this assisted living facility is one of the best in my area. The dedication of the staff to provide nutritious and flavorful meals tailored to each resident's preferences is amazing. The dishes are mostly inspired by Cuban and Central American cuisine. And let's not forget about the little touches like the cafecitos, which bring a sense of warmth and familiarity to each day. Beyond the culinary delights, the level of care that residents receive here is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that every individual's needs are met, providing personalized attention and support every step of the way.

Finding the right assisted living facility for a loved one can be a daunting task, but I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this hidden gem in Kendall, Miami. Not only do they serve up some of the most delicious homemade meals I've ever seen, but all of my questions about the process were answered. The team here treats each resident with the utmost respect and dignity, giving customized care. Nora has been doing this for so long and is always available to answer any questions I have! She also has a great team behind her; it is so reassuring to know that my mom is in capable and caring hands.

My father-in-law is at Norita Adult Family Care. The home is being run by a husband and wife who actually live on the premises, and they also have family members that are part of the complex that they take care of there. They treat everyone as though they're family, and they take their time to explain exactly what they offer. Actually my sister-in-law lives across the street from them, and since my father-in-law has an illness which causes him at times to be a bit aggressive, so for them, it is much easier, because my sister-in-law can come over and calm him down there. They're very clean, and they're very organized. Everyone there is very, very caring, and at the drop of a hat, you can call and they answer all your questions. It is just a very caring type of atmosphere. It is the perfect facility for my father-in-law. They really take the time to watch him. They would do everything that we were looking for, and they do it in such a way he has nothing bad to say, other than he wishes he could home, because in his mind, he wants to go home. The food is good too. Also, they have a secondary location where they take them to. It is like a farm, where they are able to go out. It is a family-type of situation. Overall, for us, Norita Adult Family Care is a God-send.
