⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care our mom has received at Nice’s Loving Care Assisted Living Facility. From day one, the staff has been incredibly loving, caring, and nurturing - treating our mom like family rather than just a resident. What impressed us most is how much our mom is thriving here. She's getting better and stronger each day, which speaks volumes about the quality of care she receives. The meals are not only delicious but perfectly tailored to her diabetic dietary needs, showing the staff's attention to individual health requirements. The staff truly are the heart of this place - they are the most special group of caregivers we could have asked for. Their genuine compassion and dedication shine through in everything they do. We specifically chose this facility because we wanted somewhere that felt like home with a small, intimate setting (under 10 residents), and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. Our mom is happy, healthy, and genuinely enjoys her days here. A heartfelt thank you to the Ms. Evenice, the Director, Ms. Carline, Ms Marie, and the entire staff for giving us peace of mind and our mom a wonderful place to call home.
