Staff receptionists can’t even talk English. Answers phone in Spanish. Not even name of facility given. Got hung up twice. No case worker assigned to patients.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and compassion provided at the facility. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with warmth, pofessionalism and a genuine sense of community. The staff are incredibly attentive, knowlegeable and always go above and beyond! The facility is well maintained, offering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. Activities are thoughtfully planned to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Thank you!
The facility is impeccably clean—bright, airy, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a space that feels more like a welcoming home than a care center. Every corner reflects attention to detail and respect for the people who live there. But what truly sets this place apart is the kindness of the staff. Their warmth is genuine, their patience unwavering, and their care deeply personal. They bring dignity and compassion to every interaction. Knowing that my father is in such capable and caring hands brings me immense peace of mind. I’m grateful every day for the comfort, safety, and joy this place provides.
New Era is a great place with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind, professional, and always make you feel at ease. The space is clean, inviting, and well cared for. Overall, a very positive experience—I’d definitely recommend it to others.
