Placing my mother in a "facility" was one of the most difficult decisions I have made. [Removed] and her staff at Nelisha Family Home were outstanding. Professional, compassionate, truly skilled at caring for this population. I had the opportunity to observe their interaction with the other residents and never saw anything but kindness and respect. The facility is immaculate, the food all home made and amazing. If you are able to have your loved one here, you will be very pleased.
We did not have any problems with our tour of this care home. Everyone was very friendly, and kind to my family. The home looked nice, and everything appeared to well maintained. The staff was polite, and answered our questions. The experience went well, but I wanted more of an community atmosphere for my father, and his needs.
