My dad has a lot of medical needs and my mom is also aging so it’s hard for her to manage all the care my dad needs. The team at merciful has really stepped in and gone above and beyond to care for him. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility.
Kim and Mercy are great to my dad! My father is bed bound and needs fulltime care. My dad is always comfortable and the facility is always clean. Thank you guys!
I highly recommend this place for your loved one if you are looking. My dad was put into two different places prior before my family and I made the decision to place him here and it was the BEST decision we made. Mercy and Kim provide such great comfort and care! My dad also had a feeding tube for the longest time and once he was placed here he no longer needed it because he was actually EATING! It was amazing to see! They really do go above and beyond to help their patients and the families needs. My family and I are content and at peace knowing that my dad’s FINALLY in the right hands!…

I highly recommend this place for your loved one if you are looking. My father-in-law was at Merciful for a few months while recovering from a stroke. Mr. Kim and staff were great caregivers. My dad enjoyed the fresh food! It was always clean and taken care of. Definitely recommended!
I cannot Express what merciful assisted.Living has done for my brother. He is treated as one of the family. Everyone there is kind ,compassionate and caring. If you ever have to make that difficult decision for a loved one please remember Merciful Assisted Living...
Kim and Mercy are the warmest and most loving people. Both my dad and mom were there until they passed away . They treated them with kindness, love and compassion. I would highly recommend there home to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their loved ones who need assisted living.
I arrived at this ALF on May 1st after spending a month at another facility. I’ve now been here almost 4 months and have not regretted a moment! My first impression that it was very clean, modern, and well designed to meet the patients’ needs has not changed. I can’t say enough about the owners who are dedicated, loving caregivers who take part in the day-to-day responsibilities of the facility. This is a beautiful home like setting with a small, family environment that is not like any institutional setting. Residents are meticulously cared for and the staff ensures they receive medical care, get to doctor and dentist appointments, receive and take their medications, and just get out in public a bit. They coordinate activities like arts/crafts, gardening, etc. They celebrate holidays and birthdays for all the residents. They always encourage and easily accommodate family and friend visitations as I pick up my sis every weekend to do something with her. We have continuous, open communications keeping us updated on how the resident is doing physically, mentally, and emotionally. They ensure the resident gets all needed incidentals by providing them directly or letting me know what is needed. I can't say enough good about my relationship with the facility management (Kim and Mercy) and staff. I highly recommend them.
