Menorah House

We wanted to express our exceptional experience with the Menorah House and all the staff that helped mom each day live the best life possible. The staff were incredibly compassionate, attentive and always made sure mom was safe and comfortable. Even when we could not be there, the nurses and aides treated mom like family. Activities kept mom active and engaged making sure mom got exercise and socialized as well as entertained. We are forever grateful to the entire team for their compassion and professionalism. Thank you so much! :)

Miss Carla, Maggie and team at Menorah are absolutely the BEST. All questions and concerns are always handled promptly. Their attention and ability to get things done go above and beyond on all requests made. Shout out to the entire team and efforts made to accommodate Room 229 B FD. We appreciate all your help and all that you do. Your efforts do NOT go unrecognized. Thank you. Also shout out to the entire PT trainers; You guys rock.

My brother is a patient in menorah house I walked in, not knowing what to do and stop by Mrs. Sonia Moss office and ask her. Could you please help me she said how can I help you? I said could you please help me apply for the Medicaid that pays for nursing home? She said yes she showed me how to fill it out where He sign The last thing I needed my brother to do was worry about him being able to stay there to get his physical therapy And the needed much help from the AIDS and the nurses there have been plenty of times he only had so many days stay because of Insurance running out. She helped me and I got a call today from the Medicaid to finish it up. It sounds so promising I would like to say thank you God and thank you Miss Sonia most all of the nurses the aid the dietitian all of the staff every single person that works there thank you thank you thank you, Vanessa Haynes Childs.

The level of care my grandmother received at your facility is disturbing. The fact that she had to be rushed to the emergency room by family after becoming incoherent is deeply concerning. A sudden change like that should immediately raise red flags for trained medical staff.

Horrible conditions and poor to little care and respect. If you are not visible to visiting your loved ones, medication is NOT administered. Even while present, I had to fight for the correct full dosages and pain meds on time. I witnessed an elder woman fall and lay there for 10 minutes, being berated by staff for falling. Verses having a little compassion and picking her up. This place should be shut down! It's truly a shame and a house of horror.
