I don't have anyone residing in this facility, but I have a family member that works there. From what I've been told they treat their employees like dirt. They are uncaring and show no compassion for their employees. When you visit they will put on a show. If you visit everyday you will see the truth. This place is full of lies. All of the new 5 star reviews are coming from staff who don't actually work on the floor and are obviously not there for the needs of the elderly but a…

Only giving it a one (1) because there isn't a negative number listed to be given. They don't even deserve a one! I don't have anyone residing in this facility, but I have a family member that works there. From what I've been told they treat their employees like dirt. They are uncaring and show no compassion for their employees. When you visit they will put on a show. If you visit everyday you will see the truth. This place is full of lies. All of the new 5 star reviews are coming from staff who don't actually work on the floor and are obviously not there for the needs of the elderly but a paycheck. Horrible place to work stay away. The rooms aren’t cleaned good enough. The bathrooms smell of urine all the time.
If I could give it zero stars I would, although it is not the building or the people in it. It is corporate and upper management. They have ruined the place. Not even sure how it is still running.
My mother is in rehab here. Some of the staff seemed skilled and kind, however the majority seemed disinterested in doing their jobs. I had to ring her buzzer and go to the nurses station multiple times and 20-25 minutes passed before someone came to help my mother get into bed—after 3 hours sitting in a w/c. I am concerned that if there were a fire that many of the residents would perish. Don’t come here or put anyone that you care about here either.

What a joke this place is!! This place has been charging their employees for insurance and here to find out all of their insurance got canceled months ago!! People are unable to cash their paychecks as this company doesn't even have the funds to cover it!! I can only imagine what they are doing to people's poor family members that's stay here! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
They havent had hot water in this facility in 3 weeks....thats abuse to these elderly people....they came they waiting on a part to come in...Its like no one cares...my grandfather is there and he says he cant eeven get a hot washcloth to wash his face
Wonderful team!
My mom is there now. Awful care. Cannot believe they are still open!! Meds delivered hours late, if at all. There are good staff members but the bad ones outweigh the good. Yelling at mom when she asks to use the bedpan. I cannot believe moms insurance sent her to this place.
Especially for everyone with especial care.
