Azalea Gardens at Mableton, the facility where I’ve lived since 2024, has terrible service issues. Problems getting weekly sheet changes and daily trash removal, ceiling fan blades were flying off until 1 remained before it was replaced, meals delivered to room ($10) are usually missing drink & dessert and I was overcharged $1000 for a 3 month period. There was no hot water for 2 1/2 weeks, no water at all happens off and on, their phone often goes unanswered and terrible TV problems. I had no reception at all in my personal den for the first 5 months of moving here then full screen errors…

I had no reception at all in my personal den for the first 5 months of moving here then full screen errors started popping up in 2/2025 last year! The frequency has increased to every 30 seconds and they’re on all available channels which is another problem. Half the channels, 24 total, aren’t available anymore including LIFETIME, USA, TNT, HGTV, FOOD, CNN and many more including at times, ABC, CBS & NBC. This year they finally had the TV service provider out who told them they needed to upgrade their equipment. Months have passed and the errors and dropped channels are still a problem. They have the ability onsite to restore the dropped channels but it would need to be done daily and isn’t. The staff has told me for weeks that the equipment will be upgraded. Weeks ago I emailed the owner Louis Garrard, who replied that he didn’t know what the problems were. After sending a detailed response, including the service providers diagnosis, the TV errors and dropped channel problems haven’t been fixed. Other residents are also having TV problems. I’ve logged consumer complaints with several agencies in hopes of getting a resolution.

Leaking roofs. Termites. Mold. Poor management. Short staffed for maintenance. 7 office managers in my 6 years here. Worst managed place I've ever lived. Used to be very nice. Not now.

Wellington Manor Assisted Living in Jackson Tennessee is where my mother lived the last 4 years of her life. I paid her rent and care fees ahead of time (the 15th of each month prior to it being due). The facility was paid in November 2024 for the month of December 2024. My mother passed on Thanksgiving. Her room was cleared out over the long weekend. The director has acknowledged I am due a refund. The director has stated that her superiors agree I am due a refund. It has never been acknowledged to me by corporate. I paid this business early for 4 years, am dealing with the loss of my mother…

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. READ YOUR CONTRACT. They charge late fees and threaten legal action if they don't get their money. Shouldn't they be grateful of having customers that pay in advance and not steal from them upon a loved ones death?

Beware local vendors at every Mainstay owned location. They do not pay their vendor bill. We have been waiting 5 months to get paid and we have been doing business for over 5 years. THEY are hurting local small businesses that have been providing services to their locations. So sad for many small businesses who have trusted them to be honest and responsible. Very unethical company.

6 days ago I called and had to leave a message…. Still waiting for a return call.

My mother is at one of the facilities owned by this company and I called the corporate number due to a concern and had to leave a message and it says it could take 3-4 days to return a call. NOT good customer service !!!!! STILL waiting

In the past 18 months I am so disappointed in how the “Corporation” put $ first instead of the care of the residents. Overextended? Unhappy and overworked staff? I left with a smile on my face in August 2022. I saw what was coming. I was preparing to leave when an easy out was offered. Who is CORE trained in Sebring? I don’t like leaving even 1 star. I would not place any family member there
