IF I COULD PUT A ZERO STAR I WOULD I TRIED TO CALL THEM ABOUT A TRANSPORT MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD AND INSTEAD OF CONNECTING ME WITH THE ADMIN WHOEVER WAS WORKING THE RECEPTION WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES I TRIED TO GET HER NAME OR HER TO TRANSFER ME TO THE ADMIN BUT SHE CONTINUED TO HANG UP I AM IN ANOTHER STATE AND NEEDED TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED THEY WEREN'T EVEN GIVING US THE MAIL THAT WAS SENT FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER BY THE TIME WE GOT NOTIFICATION ALL OF THE MEDICAL BILLS WERE SENT TO COLLECTIONS
