It is hard to articulate the amazing experience we had at Lily's Promise. The moment I first met everyone I knew this was an exceptional place that felt like home. All of the residents are treated as if they were their own family member. My father was treated with dignity and love every day he was there. Even our family was greeted with warm open arms. The caregivers genuinely get to know the residents despite dementia limitations and make them feel valued. The set up of Lily's within a beautiful home, few residence and consistent caregivers lends to the strong relationships and bonds that should be the gold standard for geriatric care. We are forever grateful to all that cared for our father.
We are so happy with the care and attention Lily's Promise provides their residents. We were fortunate to find their facility and an open spot. The staff and owner are amazing!

We transferred my mother to this cozy home-like environment after an unpleasant and alarming experience with one of the larger and more institutional facilities in the area. The difference was night and day. While the larger facility touted its country-club-like amenities, care was impersonal and spotty at best. In contrast, the attention at Lily's Promise is personal and the staff very attentive. The house itself is a regular family residence in a lovely neighborhood and is very clean and well maintained. The resident-to-staff ratio is low and the personnel really get to know residents and their families. Meals are home-made and served at a family-sized dining table, and individual needs and preferences are recognized and tended to. Residents lounge in recliners in the comfortable living room and watch TV like they may have at home. They also have a lovely outdoor space and view of nature in the screened-in lanai where, when visitors are permitted, families can also spend time with them. During COVID-19, stringent restrictions are in place to ensure resident safety, and while visitors are currently not allowed, the staff has assisted our family with regular Skype calls so we can see our mother and speak with her on online. This is a truly wonderful home and care has been excellent. We can now rest knowing our mother is safe and properly tended to.

When the traditional memory care wing of a nationally franchised assisted living facility could no longer care for my mom with advanced dementia, Lily’s Promise came to our family’s aid. Not only did she receive excellent care 24 hours a day, but the staff treated her like family in a true home environment. Home cooked meals around the kitchen table, walks in the sunshine, music therapy… these are only a few examples of the loving kindness that Mom was shown every day.

Fantastic Staff, fantastic home for my mother, very caring management. Everything good is there.
I was not impressed with the staff as they not seem very accommodating when they spoke about the level of care available. When I visited this community the building did not seem to be in as good of shape as we would have liked.
Care givers are friendly, positive and skilled. The care that my 97 year old mother receives is so much better than the large assisted living facilities.
