My 89 yo mother has been here for over a month now. We have experienced other rehabilitation centers similar to this one in Brevard County. Actually, the others are NOT like this. The Life Care Center in Melbourne, FL is a pleasant atmosphere inside and out. The staff, from the Executive Director / Administrator, Dana DeLena, to support roles such as Dietary Aides, and Housekeeping Aides, the people are phenomenal! It’s like someone hand picked these people to be here together. The staff demonstrate knowledge, skill, ability, and empathy. The Life Care Center, doesn’t just go through a routine and say this is our plan and how it is going to work here. They show up! They have actual smiles! They show compassion and service. The team here follows up remarkably quick and effectively in response to family members concerns or complaints. I can’t say enough of how I appreciate this facility and how they are bringing our phoenix of a mom back from the ashes. She is physically, mentally and emotionally getting stronger and healthier every day thanks to each and every person on the team at the Life Care Center in Melbourne. Mahalo Nui!
I found the facility to be beautifully decorated in foyers and smelled nice and refreshing. I am on the Convalescence Ministry at my church and have been in some facilities that is no way comparable to yours. No odors no where, down the halls nor in the patients room as I passed by. The facility was in tip top shape, I am proud and glad my family member there!! The staff was courteous, polite and willing to help in anyway needed. I was very impressed with the Facility as a whole! Keep up the good work!!!
Very clean facility! Mom is doing well. She likes the Physical Therapy, Bingo, ice cream events. No place is perfect, but they are very professional. Food needs help. Its such a difficult decision. Some things are necessary. I pray every day for mom. They are very pet friendly. My service dog loves mom.

Facility is nice and clean with friendly staff workers . There is a nice social event calendar with fun activities. Food appears to be ok . I haven’t seen many of the meals yet. . The front desk associate on Saturday was extremely friendly and helpful. That gave me a good impression from the beginning.
My mother is currently a patient and so far we have been very pleased with her care. The facility is clean, the staff are kind and attentive, and she seems to be getting stronger through therapy. Thank you to the team for the care and support you provide.
The staff is so friendly and personal. The staff takes care of all of my husband’s personal needs, as well as getting him involved in activities at the center. They also have planned entertainment for the residence. High quality care!
I want to take a moment to thank the team at Life Care Center of Melbourne, especially the admissions director, Bonique. During a very difficult time when my mom was in the hospital and we needed to quickly arrange rehab, she was incredibly helpful. Bonique was polite, respectful, and very informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step, which brought me a lot of peace of mind. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful transition was made so much easier because of her support. I’m very grateful for everything she did for my family, and I truly appreciate the care and compassion she showed us.
