Lakewood Nursing Center

Every employee in the building mostly the hispanics are family members & are relatives & doesn’t have the same last name. each ones get special treatment & patients care never get’s done. Bruises were found on resident from unreported falls. Nurses never fill out a fall report from when the time of the incident. Nurses also take narcotics & residents meds home due to them not having any cameras. Kitchen works are stealing food from off the delivery truck & taking it home as home good groceries. Workers clock in & leave when they are scheduled to work. Rehabilitation never get’s done on any residents. The physical therapist doesn’t attend any of the residents & most residents get bed sores. Someone let my Mother Fall to her face with redness and internal bleeding around the eyes.
