The recreation and social center includes a clubhouse with a grand salon for gatherings and meetings, a fitness center, and an enlarged kitchen with a pass-through to the salon. The salon was expanded to accommodate larger gatherings, including the annual meeting. The clubhouse also has meeting rooms and an arts-and-crafts room, and is positioned beside a lake. In the adjacent pool-annex building are two billiards tables, a library and two computer stations with free Wi-Fi. Outdoor facilities include a heated pool, spa, two bocce courts and a lakeside beach; a yard chess set is also listed.

Activities include mahjong, poker and bridge, along with bingo, bocce, table tennis, yoga or stretching classes, and water aerobics.
