They do not do everything as advertised but they are better than other places in the area. Cleanliness of the facility...but they seem to be understaffed regularly and serve bag lunches often
They have a great facility ! Plenty of activities and support for my family. They get my parents in a routine! The staff makes sure they get involved. they encourage them to attend Happy Hour with music and drinks on Friday. They play bingo daily, left right center, dominoes, and poker.

Actually it was not our first choice they had an available room. Hind sight being 20/20 I should have waited. They are understaffed.
We toured Keystone Place at Terra Bella. I like that very much. I thought that esthetically, it looked good, it was clean, and the staff we spoke to was very friendly. The residents appear to be happy, the ones we saw walking around. If it was me, I would have gotten into that place. It was very nice. They were very helpful and very friendly. They did a great job giving us a tour and telling us about the services they provide and the activities that are available for the residents. It was great. It was a good atmosphere.
Mom got very scared and a bit difficult at times. Staff did as good as they could for Mom given all the challenges. They were kind and helpful until I completed the necessary cleanout. RIP Mom! Kudos KP@TB!
Staff is generally nice up front, but then gives me grief. They had a lot more reviews (not by me) and they have since been removed to show they are higher rates then what the truth is. A beautiful living facility, but the staff will fool you until they show there true colors. "How can I make your day" is the opening line when I call in and then they hang up on me while I'm being polite asking about my mother who lives there. I have so much I could say about this place, both good and bad.
Keystone Place is a lovely facility. It does not smell like urine covered with cleaner, which many places do. Overall, outstanding staff. With the value for cost, the only ding here is that it's the most expensive in the area for small assisted living apartment.
