My family member stayed for physical rehabilitation after [surgery / a stroke / an injury], and we couldn't be more pleased. The physical and occupational therapy teams are incredibly dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable. They provided a personalized, intense recovery plan that made a massive difference. The facility itself is clean, and the nursing and social services staff were always communicative and caring. Highly recommended for anyone in the miami area looking for quality care.

A great place for your loved ones for rehabilitation and long term care. All of the employees are very personable, approachable and professional. From the front desk, nurses, nurses assistants, physical therapists, physiologists, activity director, social worker, sanitation team and the food/nutrition department are all top notch, first class individuals. Always assisting their patients with a warmth, with love, with care. They always earn and deserve a five star rating…if I could score them hire I would.

I'm currently receiving therapy at this facility and I highly recommend it to anyone to anyone looking for exceptional care and therapy services.The staff is caring,attentive,and truly dedicated to helping patients recover abd feel supported throughout their stay .

I been trying to contact front desk for the 400’s for 2 days to find out status of a patient and there is no answer, they live patients unattended for very long periods of time, the prices are very high and the quality of the service is very low, we don’t mind paying when you get outstanding service but it’s very usual to walk there and see everyone on the phone with personal calls not business instead of being doing what they are being paid for “good care and attention to patients who unfortunately are there because they don’t have anyone to take care of them at home”

Kendall Lakes has truly been one of the most wonderful places for rehabilitation and recovery for my family and friends after accidents, surgeries, and health challenges that come with aging. The staff is amazing, attentive, caring, and professional. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the admissions team goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and comforting for families. Even the food is good, which makes such a difference during recovery. Most importantly, they genuinely know how to take care of their patients with compassion and dignity. Every friend or family member we’ve had there has received excellent care and support throughout their rehabilitation journey. In my opinion, Kendall Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center is one of the best rehabilitation centers in Miami — if not the best. Highly recommended 100%. (Kendall HRC)
