John-Nell Manor was good, but I just needed a little bit more intense than assisted living. The apartments were clean, modern, and well situated. The staff seemed understanding. They looked like good people, and they really cared. It was very welcoming. The price was good. The location was very convenient. They had a lot of things to do, and they seemed to offer things in different areas.

Our experience with John-Nell Manor was a very good one! The place is clean, and it is small scale so the caregivers can show a lot of individual attention to the residents. The owner really is a lovely person, and she does a great job looking after the people here. I also really appreciated that they offered daycare services. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
