In the days leading up to my surgery—a time when timely communication is critical—I made multiple attempts to reach the team by phone, text, and voicemail. Responses were inconsistent, and I often went long periods without hearing back. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, I cannot recommend House of Diamond Recovery based on my experience. Communication throughout the booking process was extremely unprofessional. In the days leading up to my surgery—a time when timely communication is critical—I made multiple attempts to reach the team by phone, text, and voicemail. Responses were inconsistent, and I often went long periods without hearing back. What was most disappointing was being informed by Boaz only a few days before my scheduled surgery that they would not be able to accommodate my stay. Having to find another recovery home at the last minute added unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming time. I was also uncomfortable learning that men were involved in coordinating and providing aspects of the recovery services. As a woman recovering from a very personal procedure, I expected this to be communicated clearly beforehand so I could make an informed decision. That level of transparency is important for many female patients. My intention isn't to discourage anyone from using this recovery home, do it at your own risk! But just imagine if the communication is bad what the service would be like… most likely DISSATISFIED BUT I encourage the business to improve its communication, professionalism, and transparency. Patients preparing for surgery deserve prompt responses, clear expectations, and reliable accommodations—especially when they are placing their health and recovery in someone else's care.

Real Review: I was originally booked with another recovery home but was canceled on a week before my surgery. I had surgery on March 24th 2026 . I was stuck between this recovery house and another one which I was fina book the other one but something in my mind kept telling me to go with House Of Diamonds an I’m so glad I did . Harriett and her team were the absolute best . The care , the food , the home everything was a 10/10 . It was so great that I didn’t want to leave lol . Top Tier!!! Nurse Harriet and her team is amazing. If you’re looking for a smooth recovery with a at home, family feel, the House of Diamonds is the place you’re looking for. They are on top of all of your needs. Very accommodating. Extremely knowledgeable about all things plastic surgery related. You don’t have to bring anything because you are provided with everything. And her place beautiful. A peaceful oasis.
I booked 4 nights in a private king site for my husband and myself after my surgery. They picked me up from my surgery and took me back the next day for my post-op appointment in a comfortable van made for transporting surgery patients who have to lie down. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and welcoming. The staff are so friendly making sure we know who was there at any time. The variety of food was delicious, and was very filling. No skimpy portions here. They even accommodated my husband's dietary needs. I really liked having the masseuse come to the house too. She was great. The room was large and having a private bath was a plus. The house had several things to offer my husband too while I was resting. He was able to use the hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. Had the weather been better he could have enjoyed the large swimming pool as well. The house, staff, and food did not disappoint. When it came time to leave, they helped my husband set up the van for the 4-5 hour drive home so that I could lie down flat...... which was so appreciated. If I were to have surgery in Miami again, I would stay here for sure. Thank you for welcoming us like family.

My wife had an upcoming surgery and didnt know where to turn after having a tough time with a previous recovery house booking. We searched and came across Harriet and the house of diamonds and to say our experience was NOTHING short of extraordinary. Harriet and her staff catered to my wife’s needs every single step of the way and then some. 24 hour round the clock vitals checked home cooked meals just overall tender loving care that I have honestly never seen that actually exceeds anything you would get at a hospital. She was treated like an absolute princess! Almost left tears for in my eyes because she really wanted this and to find a wholesome person like harriet and then to meet her staff just speaks volumes to the kind of recovery house she is running. God bless them ALL!!! Took hospitality to the NEXT level i encourage anyone and everyone to look no further when looking for a recovery house Harriet and her crew deserve ALL of their flowers for the tremendous job they continue to do for anyone that walks through that door. She even made me breakfast and i was just visiting my wife. 1,000,000 out of 10! HIGHLY recommend! YOU GO HARRIET!!!!
