After experiencing several assisted living facilities without much success, I was relieved and overjoyed to find Andrea and her incredible team. My mom lived at Hibiscus Palace for over four years, and the level of care she received was truly exceptional. After experiencing several assisted living facilities without much success, I was relieved and overjoyed to find Andrea and her incredible team. My mom lived at Hibiscus Palace for over four years, and the level of care she received was truly exceptional. The staff is not only highly professional but also deeply compassionate, engaging, and communicative. They go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment that truly feels like home. I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness, dedication, and support they provided—not just to my mom but also to me—through both the joyful moments and the challenging times, all the way until the very end. Hibiscus Palace is a place where residents are genuinely valued, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality assisted living.

Hibiscus Palace II offers exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment. The staff is super friendly, and the house is always so clean. I love that they even have an outdoor space where the residents can go out and sunbathe if they would like. This facility feels more like a home than it does a facility. Highly recommend!
My Mother has Been a resident at Hibiscus Palace For a couple years now. As her health and abilities declined, Andrea and her staff have been able to provide the needed extra help she requires and keep her from getting injured and always call if there are any health issues. This was a much better choice than a larger facility like we had in the past as staff is always close by. The home is always kept clean and I would highly recommend them.
The administration and staff at Hibiscus Palace lll provided my aunt with exemplary care and compassion. For our family it was satisfying to know that this place was truly a home away from her home. This is one of the best examples of the Assisted Living Facility experience here in Palm Beach County
