We chose Heron Club for our uncle because of all the positive vibes we got. We are so happy and grateful that we did. A special thanks to Steve Verdelli. We couldn’t have done it without your help and expertise.
When we were looking for Moms new home we were blown away by the level of professionalism. Compassion and overall wonderful atmosphere of this community. Steve the sales manager took the time to engage with mom and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process of getting her situated. Mom loves looking forward to seeing Stella, the French bulldog, when she is sometimes “working” in the office.🥰
Recently, I visited the Suncoast Club at Prestancia in Sarasota to tour the community for my aunt. I met with Steve, who I believe is the Sales Director, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for the community immediately put me at ease and made all of my fear and hesitation disappear. Although it is certainly not inexpensive, it truly seems to be worth every penny based on the level of care, attention, and overall quality of the community!!!

I thought it would have changed for the better once bought out. Nope. 3 people in wheelchairs upon walking in, all were being ignored. Staff walked right by them as the clients tried to talk to them. One women, who obviously had dementia kept asking for a ride back to her home. After being ignored for 20 minutes, she gave up and decided to go out the front doors and get halfway between the facility and the apartments next door. She stopped to ask the delivery driver to give her a ride. The staff member said, I should go get her before she goes any further. No security protocol for these patients. No other staff members were aeen walking around. Short staffed as usual. Facility was clean, but that's all I can say was a positive.
Amazing tour yesterday! I felt right at home the minute I walked through the door and the Sales guy, Steven, hadn’t even seen me yet!! I was early and 4 different people greeted me in that 7 minutes and introduced themselves. Talk about hospitality! My mama is going to fit right in here and I just couldn’t be more thrilled. We sign tomorrow for Assisted Living and her room has a balcony that overlooks the water. I just can’t say enough how grateful I am right now!

My mother, Ann has lived at Heron Club for 5 months now. My mom is not an easy person to help, very stubborn often (daily) resisting care and medication management. The staff have been fantastic, I can’t say enough about how patient and responsive they have been. Nykiea (DRC) is amazing, willing to meet and strategy ways to meet moms needs. Jasmine and Rachel also have been amazing, very helpful, patient, and attentive to mom. Definitely the right community. Our family appreciates your hard work and dedication.
Looked hard at alternatives and heron club was definitely the best. Level of service and commitment of people very fair given the pricing.
