American Nursing ALF in Fruitland Park is a 5 out of 5! Highly recommended! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the activities go above and beyond, and the staff is absolutely amazing so friendly and caring! If you’re feeling lonely or just need a supportive place to thrive, join ALF if you haven’t already. You won’t regret it!

My dad has been at American Nurse ALF for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. Nadia and her team go above and beyond to ensure that all of his needs are met. The environment is clean, safe, and truly feels like home. He loves it there — from the well-balanced meals to the compassionate staff, everything is handled with professionalism and genuine care. One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience of having his doctor’s appointments and physical therapy done right at the facility. It gives me peace of mind knowing he’s getting the care he needs without the added stress of transportation. If you’re in the Orlando area and looking for a reliable and loving place for your loved one, I highly recommend American Nurse ALF. Nadia has created something truly special here.
If I could give them a zero I would. I got my mom out of there as fast as I could when I heard the horror stories of what was going on. Please don’t take your loved one there.
My mother was there when they first took over this facility in July 2024. They rescheduled her medicines to 2 times a day (9am&5pm) instead of how the doctor told them to give them. If she acted like she didn’t want to eat they would not try to coax her so she went without a meal. They didn’t offer liquids frequently. They didn’t turn her at night so she developed a level 4 bed sore in 1 month. I removed my mother after 5 weeks with them. I took her home and she passed away on the 6th day. Prior to their take over she had excellent care. This was the worst care my mother had ever had in the 6 years she was in care.
Feels like home, very loving staff, home cooked meals and very fun atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate care for their loved ones.
