Harmony Health Center

My overall experience was excellent. The nurses were incredibly helpful and attentive. A special thank you to Kenia, CNA, who was amazing, and to Erika from Social Services, who has been helping since day one. I truly appreciate the care and support provided.

My brother was at Harmony Health Center for a while and honestly we had a good experience. Every time I went to see him the place looked clean and everything seemed in order. The nurses and the CNAs treated him good and were always helping him out when he needed something. They were cool with him and you could tell they cared about the patients. The therapy people were also really good with him. They kept pushing him and helping him get stronger little by little. He even told me the food was pretty good, which surprised me because usually people complain about that stuff. Overall the staff was friendly and I appreciate the way they took care of my brother while he was there.

Harmony Health Center has a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive to residents and patients. They offer great rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the location near local hospitals is very convenient. Overall, it seems like a place where people receive quality care and support. Highly recommended.

I had a family member staying at **Harmony Health Center**, and I cannot say enough good things about the care they received. The staff was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and very professional. From the nurses to the aides, everyone treated my family member with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The unit was extremely well organized and efficient. You could tell that the team works together very well and that patient care is their top priority. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the staff was always willing to help and explain everything clearly. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands. The level of care, attention, and dedication we saw was truly wonderful. I am very grateful to the entire team at Harmony Health Center for their outstanding work.

My experience at Harmony Rehabilitation was exceptional and I’m deeply grateful for their care, dedication and the compassion I received. Since the moment I arrived I felt confident and cared for. The therapy team worked me very hard and because of their commitment and encouragement I’m walking again, that alone speaks volumes. A special thank you to Alioth Nadchart, PTA and Anabel Carrera, OTC their professionalism, patience and determination pushed me forward every single day. They believed in me when I doubted myself and their support made all the difference in my recovery. I would also like to recognize Jennifer Almanza, RN and Claudia Fernandez, RN two amazing ladies who consistently looked out for what was best for their patients. Their attentiveness, kindness and reassuring presence brought comfort and confidence throughout my rehabilitation and finally Dany Nocochea, CNA deserves special recognition he is one of the sweetest and patient person you could ever meet. Despite having many patients he always showed up with kindness, respect and a sense of humor making one feeling comfortable. He is really outstanding and should be recognized.
