On top of that, good luck trying to collect a refund from them for services not provided once your love one leaves this world. My father died, and the money I paid in advance was not refunded to me. I have filed an official complaint with the better business Bureau, and will file another one with consumer services protection next. It is a shame they are giving me such difficulty to get a refund on top of having to deal with my Father's death. Stay away from this provider. I wouldn't trust my…

The Service provided is below average. Not enough staff members to effectively care for all patients. On top of that, good luck trying to collect a refund from them for services not provided once your love one leaves this world. My father died, and the money I paid in advance was not refunded to me. I have filed an official complaint with the better business Bureau, and will file another one with consumer services protection next. It is a shame they are giving me such difficulty to get a refund on top of having to deal with my Father's death. Stay away from this provider. I wouldn't trust my love ones care to such a poor and untrusted company.
