4.2 · 78 reviewsEveryone was very helpful and very pleasant. Harbor Chase was a fabulous place for my mom to spend the last months of her life. She loved everyone there and they loved her.
We utilized the services of HarborChase of Coral Springs for respite care for my mom while the rest of mom’s caregivers took a European vacation. She was very comfortable and enjoyed the staff. She highly complimented the food and ate all her meals in the dining room. She had mostly good interactions with the other residents but mom is not a social butterfly and didn’t take advantage of the many activities as we hoped she would. Overall it was a good experience for her and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for either respite or full time care.
Because Harbor Chase of Coral Springs, Florida is an ECC licensed assisted living facility, I chose it for my husband due to several medical issues. I do believe they need to hire more aides; especially, if a resident is on the highest care level. Meals also need to be updated. On a positive note, the staff are helpful when asked to attend to my husband; it might take time but his needs have been met. The activities do keep the residents occupied, which is so important. Once the weather gets cooler, it will be good for my husband to go out into the patios for change of venue. All-in-all,…

Time has finally come to move my mother out of Coral Springs and into memory care. She will be going to Tamarac which seems to be a wonderful place. Over the years, I have gotten to know so many people. I would like to take a moment and thank the management and staff for taking such excellent care of mom for over 3 years. I would especially like to thank the Executive Director - Veronica (only she and God can pronounce and spell her last name) for the constant love, support and attention she always gave, not only to mom, but to everyone. Plus, a large thank you to Ashley for making moms stay fun and entertaining, and for making me laugh even when I didn’t want to. I could go on for days but I won’t. The place is wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend Coral Springs to anyone. I will miss everyone. However, dad is now showing signs of requiring assistance so I know I will be back. The place is worth the 1-hour drive. Thank you again to everyone!!!!!! TT
This is the horrible food that is being served here. This is Sunday dinner 1 manicotti and Beets who eats that !! . My dad asked for soup he was one of the first groups to go in. They ran out. This is horrible and unacceptable!! Not where you want your family member to be. They promise you the world. If I didn't see this first hand I wouldn't have believed this is what was being served. And they don't seem to care. .. I literally had to go out and by my parents dinner cause I would not allow them to eat this ..
Overall it has been a wonderful experience having my mom there. She loves it there. Based on the experience we have had with HarborChase we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
I moved my mom to this facility in November 2023. Each staff member that I worked with was friendly and responsive to my questions. After a few weeks my mom and I had questions about routines and activities. I sent emails to the staff and my emails were answered promptly. While the transition for my mom was personally challenging things have smoothed out and she is enjoying living there
They were very caring and took very good care of my dad. The nurse was wonderful. The administrative people were wonderful, and just like almost everywhere you might have a few bad apples, but they were very few and far between for the most part everybody was very attentive and treated my father with respect, I would highly highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with and I was there every day that my dad was in there, so I know how good the care he received was.
