They will sell you a dream and make everything look amazing when you’re considering moving your loved one in, but my experience was completely different once you actually see how things operate. The care for residents was a major concern, the building was constantly a mess, the food was terrible and often came out cold, and management was horrible. PLEASE, PLEASE look far away from this place and do your research before trusting them with your…

You call this a senior living community? I call this a dump. If this were my mother or father, I would seriously think twice before placing them here. They will sell you a dream and make everything look amazing when you’re considering moving your loved one in, but my experience was completely different once you actually see how things operate. The care for residents was a major concern, the building was constantly a mess, the food was terrible and often came out cold, and management was horrible. PLEASE, PLEASE look far away from this place and do your research before trusting them with your loved one. Don’t let a nice tour or pretty presentation fool you. Based on my experience, this is THE WORST COMMUNITY EVER, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Recently I worked with Brandon Bergman and my experience was phenomenal. Brandon was caring and his follow up and follow through in helping my Mom transition to Harbor Chase was amazing. While my Mom did not transition to the facility he continued to go over and above helping me. I would highly recommend Harbor Chase and working with Brandon. Thank you for all the support during this time for my family!
I want to commend Brandon Bergman for his kindness, professionalism and patience while assisting my family in accommodating my mother with no issues at Harbor Chase facility. He was very understanding and made us feel valued as customer.
We toured this facility and cannot express how wonderful this experience was. Collette who we met with is so personable and filled with amazing energy. The staff was very friendly and the residents seemed to be so happy. The place itself is beautiful and clean. We highly recommend this assisted living for your loved ones.
Such a Gorgeous home I have here at Harborchase of boynton beach. I made lots of new friends, always busy, love the nursing care, meals are excellent but most of all I love daily happy hour with the girls!
My name is [name removed] and I am thrilled to be a Harbor chase resident! I love it here since I’m a busy body and there’s loads of activities to do during the day. [Names removed] keeps us on our toes! From exercise to art activities there’s always something to do here. If you are considering this place for mom or dad I would highly recommend it!!
