My husband and I placed his father in their care earlier this year. We both are pleasantly pleased with how clean the facility is. It always has a pleasant fragrance throughout the buildings every time we come to visit. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Patricia has been very helpful in communication and overseeing the facility. Everyone that we’ve encountered who live there appear to be happy and enjoy their surroundings. My father n law is happy there and is doing very well since he’s adjusted to his new surroundings.

So, it started when the administrator, Patty Cook, came to the Nursing Home I was living in and literally opened my eyes to what's out there besides a stinky nursing home. I was diagnosed with breast cancer while living in Harbor House in addition to recovering from a spinal cord injury and learning to walk again. Patty never let me give up or go a day without knowing she, and her wonderful girls, loved me. Patty genuinely cares! I had to come back and do a review! I was diagnosed with breast cancer while living in Harbor House in addition to recovering from a spinal cord injury and learning to walk again. Patty never let me give up or go a day without knowing she, and her wonderful girls, loved me. Patty genuinely cares! I lived there for about a year and it's been almost a year since I've moved on from Harbor House. I moved on not because I was unhappy but because I moved to more independent living. I'm cancer free today and walking unassisted as a direct result of Patty Cook and her loving me back to health. She toughened me up and I'm so grateful. Harbor House is a gem- all you need is a zest for life..... Heck, even if you don't have that zest when you arrive - you will soon! Thank you Patty and everyone for loving me back to health

Very caring staff. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients like they are their own family. Facility is very clean and maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to send someone here.
Patti is an amazing administrator! She puts her residents first and is always doing innovative projects with the facility. I have personally visited the home and would feel extremely comfortable putting a family member in as a resident.
All around great atmosphere. Management is great , staff is great, residents are great. It’s neat that they have a small golf course and a lot of great activities scheduled for the residents.
The staff is excellent there. Everyone is very caring for the patient and their family.
Harbor House is an absolute amazing ALF. The management and staff are very attentive and loving to all of their residents!
