I am so grateful for Hampton Manor of Cape Coral!! I needed to find an excellent assisted living facility for my 95 year old Dad. He is my hero and deserves the best! I did a lot of research and toured 11 facilities around the area. From the moment that I entered the doors at Hampton Manor and met the wonderful, warm, kind, and professional front desk staff, Isabell and Heidi, it felt like home. The manager Yeni, does an amazing job making sure that every single resident is cared for like family. She does a phenomenal job managing the facility and cares deeply for the residents and her staff. It is quite evident that this is her heart’s work. Throughout the tour, I was so impressed when I observed the interaction between the staff and the residents. They knew every resident by name and the interaction was genuine and Kind. I know that, without a doubt, this entire staff loves what they do. I knew that my Dad was going to be in caring, compassionate and dedicated hands. I can’t stress enough the peace of mind that I have knowing that my Dad’s needs are attended to, and that he is treated like family at Hampton Manor. The nurturing and gentle care that they provide, helps him to thrive physically, emotionally and mentally as well. He is so happy here!! They have a wonderful nursing staff. Thank you to the Director of Nursing, Heather, for all that you do to provide accurate, professional, compassionate and detail orientated care to my Dad. The nursing staff, and aids are so caring and kind. Special thank you to Gabriel and Yudielmys (Yuda), are such a blessing. There are so many people that are a huge part of caring not only for my Dad, but for all the residents. From, Dennis in maintenance, to Minnie the beautician at the lovely hair salon, to the kitchen staff, to housekeeping, laundry, and all of the staff that help my Dad with his daily care, I am so grateful!! They also have an outstanding physical/occupational therapy department there! The facilities are beautiful. My Dad has a one bedroom apartment, which is roomy and comfortable. He is so content being able to have his own furnishings from his home there. It really makes him feel happy to have his photos and his things. It is so cozy! Everyday there are activities that are posted for the residents. My Dad goes to gentle exercise in the morning after breakfast and really enjoys it. They have beautiful grounds with a pool and fountain, and have comfortable outside seating also. He loves to sit outside after dinner. It makes my heart so happy to see him doing so well and thriving. If you are searching for an outstanding assisted living / memory care facility, I highly recommend Hampton Manor. It is an extension of family delivering competent, professional, warm and compassionate care at a good value!

Feels like home away from home. Could not ask for better care for my 97 year old father. !!!

Unprofessional manager, under staffed , poor care , unhealthy food quality, some staff are either lazy, or need more coaching. Wasn't always like this. What happened? Perhaps manager needs to be replaced. Im not the only person who sees this. So sad.

My in laws love the Hampton Manor. They've been there since June & they are very happy & comfortable there! It is kept clean, organized & the staff is helpful & caring. We definitely recommend the facility to anyone looking to transition there.
