So far, since Aug of 2025 up to April 5 I have had an overall positive experience at Greenwood Place. Staff will work with you when needed & physical therapy is provided on site. It really helped me with rehabbing my left hip my 1st 4 months here. I am walking much better now & I participate in most of the activities provided. Almost every day, I compliment the chefs & other kichen staff on how good the food is overall. They listen & take suggestions. I give the cooking staff, the serving staff, nursing staff, medication admin staff & all other techs who work in direct contact with me & my fellow residents a 4.90 star rating. And not to omit the first point of contact upon entering Greenwood Place is the front desk staff who answer any questions we have. Last, but not least, the administration staff is very knowlegible & helpful with any questions, needs or concerns we may have. I would highly recommend Greenwood Place to anyone seeking care for an elderly family member. They will be well cared for.
My father was a resident there until his recent passing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the care they provided. The director and the head nurse were so compassionate and supportive, especially near the end when his passing was imminent. The place is clean, the staff attentive, friendly and caring. Monthly fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
My mother is very happy there. We chose Greenwood Place because of the size of it. It's not that big and my mother is so confused that I thought she would not do well if the place was too big. I also chose it because although they don't have memory care, they said they rarely lose someone to memory care because they keep the resident as long as they can feed themselves and they are not a wanderer.

My mom went into Greenwood place on December 23, 2024. Not the best day to move in there. They asked me to administer her medications for 5 days, then 5 more. They did not shower her for 12 days and I only found out because my mom had a fungus under her breast. They said they would order medication, When it did not come in for over 5 days I went down there and they called the pharmacy only to find out it was delivered 2 days earlier and never checked in. My mom has had a heart attack, stroke and several congestive heart failures. She pressed her button and told the nurse she was having chest pain and wanted Nitro and they said it was not on her medication list. It was the first thing on her medication list! She is on oxygen full time and the Doctor and staff never ordered her portable oxygen so she could go to dining room etc. I had to get her prior doctors to get it for me. When the Doctor who works thru their facility saw my mom it was in the dining room while she was eating lunch with two gentlemen. He started asking her about her incontinence. I asked for the Doctors number who was seeing my mom thru Greenwood and they said they did not have his number. Before she moved in I told them that my mother was gluten intolerant and they told me it would not be a problem. One day she went to the dining room to eat and they sent her away telling her they did not have food for her. I received a call 10 days after she went in there letting me know that I had 45 days to move her because they could not accommodate her diet. I then got a bill which they automatically debited for things medicate should be paying and they told me medicaid take to long to pay! Don't put your loved ones there!
I live at Greenwood Place. The place has a comfortable room and big restroom with step down shower. They clean the room and do my laundry. They also hand out medications. The dining room is lovely and the food is really good. The outside is huge with places to sit outside. The activities director is awesome. She keeps us busy with numerous activities. Everyone's favorite is BINGO!!!!

Great facility. Very caring staff members. Facility is very clean, staff very gentle and caring, many activities to entertain residents, food very good.
Hearing good things from my father that is looking into becoming a resident here.I will be looking into this facility and staff with a open review and want only the best for my father.
