My mother recently moved into Grand Villa. I would like to acknowledge Director of nursing Nickey. She has been there for us from day one any concerns or questions she is right on top of everything. I truly appreciate the care and concern that Nickey has shown us!! The Grand Villa is very welcoming and the staff is great !!! I would also like to acknowledge the head of operations Terry she is very genuine and great to deal with !! One last mention is Alice at the front desk she is just wonderful always a smile and always so very helpful!!!
Grand Villa is such a wonderful place! The employees are amazing, caring, and always go above and beyond for both residents and their families. The residents are friendly and create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about making this a happy and comfortable community. I absolutely love it and highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for a place their elderly loved ones to feel like home.

I started by toured this facility looking for a possible place for my wife and within days I had a situation that I really needed to place my wife in a memory care facility. I worked with both Heather & Deb with the paperwork. They were wonderful both personally and professionally. When I go to visit my wife I see both of these individuals and they always take the time to say hi and chat a few minutes. Executive Director, Terri, is also very personable and will answer questions that I may have. physically a very nice place as they have been upgrading and painting the building. So far I've had a very good experience with everybody there.
I had an opportunity to tour this property last week and I found it very welcoming & clean. I was able to meet with Deb who was so helpful in explaining the property, the levels of care they provide and all of the many amenities the property has to offer. I especially loved the activities schedule. The dining menus were appealing and provided many options. I was very pleased with this property.
I toured this facility and found it to clean and well maintained with a lot of new renovations . The staff were all very friendly and residents seemed very happy and comfortable. While I was there I watched the staff interacting with the residents at an activity and it appeared they all were having a great time. I would definitely recommend GrandVilla!
Outstanding renovations and just feels like home at every turn throughout the building. New leadership team is making all the right moves you must come see like my family did and experience Top Notch senior living community. Thank you
Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family..... From the moment we walked thru the doors, Grand Villa of Ocala felt different. The facility is spotless, there are no unpleasant odors, and the common areas are bright and welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Debi Matranga, who was absolutely hospitable from start to finish. She took the time to answer every question we had, made us feel completely at ease, and never rushed us through the process. Really made it comfy. The activities calendar keeps residents engaged and social, there's always something going on. for us, the staff went above and beyond. very attentive, and they treat everyone like family. Def a quality senior living facility for the area.
