My mother is a resident at Gracemanor in Plant City Assisted Living for 13 months! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that the residents have what they need! The activities that are planned for them are fun and the residents enjoy the activities. I am so glad we were patient and waited for a room to come available! Thank you Grace Manor for the loving care you give my Mom!

As a home health nurse who has visited residents in Grace Manor Assisted Living Facility regularly for many years, I can confidently say this is one of the best facilities I work with. I see firsthand, day after day, how residents are treated, and the consistency of care here truly stands out. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. They know their residents well, notice changes quickly, and communicate promptly with nursing and families. The environment is clean and calm. Staff members, including front desk and administrators treat residents with dignity and patience. As a nurse, I also appreciate how cooperative and respectful the team is toward visiting clinicians—which ultimately benefits the residents most. My mother in law lived at the Grace manor villas several years and recently passed away, it has been almost 90 days and we have requested her security deposit multiple times in the past 90 days, we have been told that it has been escalated to corporate and to date I have not even had the courtesy of a phone call telling me when to expect the refund and this is the last item needed to bring closure to her estate, ( I am the executor of her estate) By law I should of had it weeks ago, this seems like it’s an ongoing problem with this company with even the staff not being able to help me find the correct person to talk to, leaving multiple voice mails to every number I could come across. Just feel like people should know they have a definite problem getting money back to you if it’s owed to you. That being said, while under hospice care her toilet started leaking and we had to turn the water off to it, her family is quite large and she had many visitors that had to use the one toilet that was still functioning, for 4 weeks we asked for a new toilet but to no avail, she actually passed away and the toilet was never replaced. Other residents that visited reported the same problems addressing issues in the villas, some waiting weeks for problems to be addressed. Just seems like a company that truly does not care about the villas residents also, along with the problem getting our deposit back… hoping that they will take note and make some long due changes.

This company continues to keep a security deposit from my Grandmother’s rental when keys were turned in 9/25/26. Based on Florida Statute, they were to return it within 30 days or provide written, itemized reasons as to why it wasn’t being returned. We are nearly 90 days later and they continue to give us the runaround. We communicate and they suggest they send emails to corporate and they can’t tell us anything, nor are they willing to connect us with the right person at corporate. I’m guessing this is the norm and families just don’t come after them for their deposit. This is the final piece needing resolution for my Grandmothers estate and it has been the most painful by far! Beware!
