I have noticed that every shift has long-term employees who are truly miracle workers; their attitude is friendly even if the patient is not. The rooms are older but clean. After visiting seven facilities in Broward County, I’m confident this was the best choice for my brother. Beware of placement advisers or companys. Call Good Hope first.
This place is Not cleaned they treat the patients horrible and I just called the front office and they said stop calling and aggravating with stupid shit. This is no way to talk to a family member. They don’t want to clean the sheets. They don’t want to give the patient Kindness you have to Constantly call so they can hear the patient what they need if you love your loved ones don’t put them in this institution.

Good Hope Manor has been a lifesaver for my loved one. The staff treats her like family and she loves it there. No matter when I visit, and my visits are not all planned, I'm always met with smiles from both my loved one and the staff. I highly recommend their services.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my father receives at Good Hope Manor. From the moment we walked through their doors, we felt a sense of warmth and professionalism. The staff truly go above and beyond to make every resident feel like family. I tell Annie, the owner, on every possible occasion that she is our living angel. The facility is clean, inviting, and very maintained. The residents are engaged and happy. My dad especially loves the garden area where he can relax. What stands out the most is the compassion and attentiveness of the caregivers. They treat my dad with respect and kindness, ensuring he feels valued and cared for. The staff speaks to him instead of at him. It brings me such peace of mind knowing he is in a place where his well-being and happiness are the top priority. Unfortunately, this was not my first experience with an ALF. I highly recommend Good Hope Manor to anyone looking for a safe, LOVING, and supportive environment for their loved ones. It’s truly a wonderful home away from home.
Good Hope Manor has been a blessing to our family.We needed a clean, secure facility for my brother and it has exceeded our expectations. It is always clean and my brother has been well taken care of. The rooms ( each with a private bath) were much bigger than any others we toured . The food is good and Annie, the director , is easy to reach and extremely attentive. The cost is very reasonable for the services provided. Our family feels extremely fortunate to have found a place such as Good Hope Manor.
Before COVID, I was able to tour Good Hope Manor. It's clean, the people were nice, and the rooms were clean and spacious. They have the same amenities that everybody offers, the three meals a day and the laundry three times a week. Not everybody has got their own healthcare, not everybody's got a lot of money, but my mama has Social Security, so for her budget, it's gonna be fine. The staff was very nice, too.
