4.6 · 5 reviewsMy experience with Golden Girls is below fair. Communication with the Administrator was poor. It would take days before to get an answer. Too expensive too and not steady employees. The food was not balanced. Mom was aware of the environment and was able to tell me the quality of care as not enough personnel, who stayed overnight for so many patients. Again, this is only my opinion and my mom's opinion as other people may encounter differently.
Let me start by saying that I was very pleased to have found Golden Girls. [Name removed] and her staff are truly amazing and really care about each and every one of their residents. The house is very clean, decorated nicely, had home cooked meals, and always smelled nice. I would have no hesitation recommending Golden Girls to anyone!
The Golden Girls home is a great place and the attention by the owner [name removed] is absolutely outstanding. She is caring and compassionate with the care of my mom at every single moment. She made sure we were comfortable with the care and gave us full confidence in the handling of my mom. I can't thank her and her staff enough for all they did during the care of mom.

The staff at Golden Girls Home was very accommodating. The owner came out and met with me, spoke a lot to me, and gave me a lot of advice. She was very helpful, very kind, and spent a lot of time with me trying to help me understand what would be the best care for my mother. My mother was in a nursing home at the time, and she has followed up with me several times, so she has been extremely attentive and caring. The place was clean. The staff looked professional. The residents were alert and seemed to be pretty engaged together watching TV.
Let me start by saying that [Removed] is AWESOME. I visited the Golden Girls location and it was very clean and the attendants were very gentle with the guests. I feel comfortable moving my mom there in the future.
