1.0 · 2 reviewsMy Mother was in this facility for less than a month when she passed away. That was in June. I still have not received a refund and it has been more than 6 months. I have called many times but was given one excuse after another. I would not recommend this facility since they seem to be working on a shoestring and if they cannot afford a refund then they cannot have enough resources to take care of their patients.
My Mother was in this facility for less than a month when she passed away. That was on June 4. I was promised a refund on the $3500 that I paid for the month of June. It has been more than 6 months and I have still not received a refund. I have called many times and was promised that the check was in the mail but it never came. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone since they seem to be working on a shoestring and do not have the financial stability to properly conduct a business.
